Other Tongues is an Australian music company started by a bunch of intelligent music lovers in late 2009. We build relationships with artists and labels we respect and admire and then distribute, promote, market, book and tour them.

Other Tongues uses MGM for its pick and pack/logistics, guaranteeing us a wide reach at retail. Significantly though, we have our own Sales Department, a vital part of our model and a strong point of difference from other Australian PR-based companies.

In just our first year, we had our first top 20 record (You Am I’s “You Am I”), received two ARIA nominations (for Lisa Miller’s “Car Tape 2”), had our first Triple J feature album (Amaya Laucirica’s “Early Summer”) and struck deals with a fine selection of local and international labels we love.
