78 Saab Sign To Other Tongues

Other Tongues is extremely excited to announce they have signed Sydney four-piece 78 Saab and will release their new album ‘Good Fortune’ on October 15.

Their first album in three years ‘Good Fortune’ is full of the dynamics, mood, melody and classic songwriting we’ve come to expect from Saab – albeit with a slightly darker edge. 78 Saab deliver an album of ten, short, sharp songs that will have you singing, dancing, crying and pressing repeat at the end of it all.

Recorded with the band’s long time studio cohort Tim Whitten (Powderfinger, The Go-Betweens, Hoodoo Gurus, Augie March), ‘Good Fortune’ features the expressively soulful voice of Ben Nash, Jake Andrews’ signature guitar tone and the inspired backbone of Garth Tregillgas on bass and Nicholai Danko’s drums.

Other Tongues proudly welcomes 78 Saab to its stables where they join an ever growing family of local artists, including You Am I, Lisa Miller, Jinja Safari, Scott Spark and more to be announced.
